Архитектура слободног времена – Савремена интерпретација доживљаја напуштених простора

Abstract

Рад истражује могућности трансформације напуштених простора кроз пројектантски аспект тумачења њихових вредности у савременом контексту. Ослањајући се на савреме не теорије, које просторне потенцијале, рекреацију и туризам повезују кроз доживљај, запостављени простори града постају креативно поље истраживања у архитектонском дискурсу. Рад се ослања на резултате истраживања на предмету Рекреативни садржаји - савремени пројектантски аспекти, на Мастер студијама Архитектонског факултета Универзитета у Београду, на локацији Топчидерске летње позорнице. Тумачењем ове локације, као специфичног културноисторијског контекста, чије вредности у савременим условима нису препознате, истраживања, кроз архитектонски пројекат, интерпретирају везу вредности напуштених простора и рекреативних активности, чиме отварају ново поље пројектантског деловања названо архитектуром слободног времена.

The paper explores the possibilities of transforming abandoned spaces through the design aspect of interpreting their values in a contemporary context. Relying on contemporary theories that connect spatial potentials, recreation, and tourism through experience, the neglected areas of the city become a creative field of research in architectural discourse. Starting from theoretical considerations that recognize the specific values of the character of aban donment space in relation to the user, the research recognizes their potentials and justifies their presence in the conditions of today. The experience of historic space today distinguishes new features that affect user behavior, such as specific identity, memory, and colorful aesthetics and sensibility. On the other hand, from the aspect of phenomenological recreation theories, the experience is the basic component of the connec tion of spatial potentials and the aim of recreational activities. Recreation, whose definition is inseparable from leisure and tourism, opens the issue of contemporary interpretation of the values of abandoned spac es, as well as a creative approach to spatial-program transformations in order to revive and develop them in today’s conditions. The paper is based on the results of student’s research following the Recreation - Contemporary Design Aspects class, as a part of the Master studies at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Architecture. By inter preting the location of Summer Theatre Stage in Topčider as a specific cultural and historical context whose values are not recognized in contemporary conditions, research by design interprets the connection between the value of abandoned spaces and recreational activities, thus opening up a new field of design work called the architecture of leisure time.
