Framing the context: Countryside house [STRAND 2023]
Apstrakt
Based on the concept of borrowed landscape, the design focus is to create private space in a natural environment. The design of the residence was committed to achieving a cozy atmosphere allowing a direct relationship with nature – framing the context to create the micro ambiances in the interior, and enhance the experiential value of surroundings. To ensure a personal segment of nature in each functional unit, the standard layout of the house is decomposed. Extended communication with the dining area becomes the focal point of the house, connecting all spaces and bringing the family together.
