AB  - Today, the need for carrying out large scale earthworks is bigger and more frequent. In parallel with the development of industry and the development of transport needs for large scale earthworks are growing. Particularly, earthworks are significant when it comes to civil engineering works such as streets, hydraulic structures, land reclamation and the like. Development in construction of earthmoving machines is moving toward satisfying the need to achieve any significant results while increasing mobility and flexibility in operation. In addition to weight, the fact that the degree of mechanization of the works to be bigger, but also the continuity of their performance. Long ago it was found that ill-placed security system at the site, untimely taking measures of security and procurement of personal protective equipment and inefficient implementation of the prescribed measures have resulted in the occurrence of adverse events to health and safety. This is very important when it is known that the site always present a constant danger in the construction works. Technology of earthworks is certainly a special task for each object according to its type, size, complexity and uniqueness, and the location where it is performed. Applied earthwork technology for each facility means a separate task that should be solved within the framework of the preparation work in the project construction organization. When performing mass earthworks, technological solution for a particular object has a specific task that requires a good understanding of scientific and professional discipline of the area to be safely performed.
AB  - Potreba za izvođenjem zemljanih radova velikog obima danas je sve veća i češća. Paralelno s razvitkom industrije i prometa sve više rastu i potrebe za zemljanim radovima velikog obima. Posebno su značajni zemljani radovi kada su u pitanju objekti niskogradnje, poput ulica, hidrotehničkih objekata, melioracija i sl. Razvoj građevinskih mašina za zemljane radove kreće se pravcem zadovoljavanja potreba za ostvarivanjem sve većih rezultata uz povećanje pokretljivosti i elastičnosti u radu. Uz to teži se tome da stepen mehanizovanosti radova bude što veći, a isto tako i kontinuiranost njihovog izvođenja. Davno je utvrđeno da loše postavljen sistem bezbednosti na gradilištu, neblagovremeno preduzimanje mera bezbednosti i nabavke ličnih zaštitnih sredstava kao i neefikasno sprovođenje propisanih mera za posledicu imaju pojavu štetnih događaja po zdravlje na radu. Ovo je veoma važno kada se zna da je na gradilištu uvek prisutna konstantna opasnost pri samom izvođenju građevinskih radova. Tehnologija izvođenja zemljanih radova svakako je poseban zadatak za svaki pojedini objekat prema njegovoj vrsti, veličini, složenosti i posebnosti, te lokaciji na kojoj se izvodi. Rešenje tehnologije izvođenja zemljanih radova za svaki pojedini objekat znači poseban zadatak koji valja rešiti u okviru pripreme rada u projektu organizacije građenja. Pri izvođenju zemljanih radova, tehnološko rešenje za određeni objekat je konkretan zadatak koji zahteva dobro poznavanje naučno-stručne discipline toga područja kako bi se bezbedno izveo.
