AB - This work identifies lighting as a non-invasive method for the transformation of a space that simultaneously and unconstructively articulates various activities and
does not interfere with the inherited physical framework. Through experimental research and a case study of the "Eastern City Gate of Belgrade" housing settlement in
Serbia, which was designed and built in the second half of the 20th century, the activity rhythm of a contemporary user is explored. The research goal was to recognise the
decision-making tools for increasing the quality of open public spaces during the night-time mode of use by improving the quality of lighting. The study proposes the new
lighting design model that supports night-time leisure activities in mass housing open public spaces in the contemporary urban context.

AB - The contemporary way of life influences the forms and time framework of outdoor activities in open public spaces, shifting their focus to nighttime usage. The aim of this study is to demonstrate the limits of existing outdoor lighting design standards and recommendations in terms of livability. As an exploratory case study, the Sava waterfront in New Belgrade, Serbia was chosen. The methodology consisted of theoretical research and specific analysis, which included: (1) mapping the spatial distribution of users during several periods of the day; (2) criteria and indicator network analysis of outdoor lighting quality, and (3) a survey with a questionnaire conducted among the users of the waterfront area. The results showed that lighting design can influence overall open public space usage during nighttime through its parameters. It can affect the spatial distribution of users and their sense of safety and comfort, as well as the duration, frequency, and manner of usage. This study could improve planning and design practices regarding outdoor lighting, enabling more active and inclusive usage of open public spaces, thus increasing the overall livability of spaces and their social sustainability.

AB - Integration of sustainable project management into small business practices is seldom examined in architectural lighting design. One of the major elements of the sustainability of urban ambience entities and preservation of social, architectural and urban values is lighting phenomenon. Its significance is reflected in the aesthetic, as well as the functional qualities of safety and amenity for users. Usually, keeping the traditional types of luminaries (i.e. lanterns) in order to preserve ambience values lies in contradiction with the contemporary requirements, mostly because of the obsolete structural support which normally yields the application of the obsolete lighting technology. On the other hand, the introduction of contemporary luminaries in the urban areas of cultural and historical significance is often undesirable. Thus, the issue of sustainability of the historical urban ambiance entities in the context of the application of the contemporary lighting technical solutions is presented in this paper from the point of view of a project-oriented small organization, which holds in core business the philosophy of the confirmation of the existing lighting fittings to the users' space. This paper proposes and confirms business model which assures preservation of architectural ambient, with added value of the energy efficiency, functionality, life cycle savings, safety and amenity for the users, through the case study of Park vojvode Bojovica in Belgrade, Serbia by experimental collecting of model inputs, whereas the obtained results are verified by means of numeric simulation. Results of this case study make contributions to the domain of management of sustainable projects in area of architectural lighting design while exploring broader social context.

AB - The phenomenon of lighting is one of the major elements which can promote sustainability of the urban ambience entities and the preservation of social, architectural and urban values. Its significance can be seen both in the functional qualities of safety and amenity for users, and the preservation of the mode in which the users experience the space. Public urban spaces are the core elements of the urban tissue and hence represent the places of interactions which envoy the zeitgeist to the space. The Skadarlija street is an authentic ambience in which a particular public life of Belgrade is featured. Therefore, it was officially acknowledged as the spatial cultural historical entity of the old town's centre. The primary goal of this paper is to provide an insight into the process of the creation of the space perception patterns in relation to the applied lighting model which has transformed over time. Various approaches to the lighting of this street are presented, starting with the traditional lanterns all the way to the advanced lighting sources which embody innovation and the contemporary methods in this field. Different concepts of lighting which were in the history used in Skadarlija street are analyzed and the conclusions are reached concerning the influence of lighting on the preservation of the ambience values and the patterns in which the notion of space and its atmosphere are created.

AB - The key focus in the paper is on the presentation of the risk assessment model in the optimisation design process by establishing the link between the various phases that result in the successful project implementation. Through the comparative analysis of the quantitative risk assessment models a number of impacts on the design process are shown which occur in different project phases. This approach has proved the RAKA model (Risk Analysis by Key-factors Assessment) to be the most adequate mathematical model for the assessment of the risks on the project goals in the optimisation process of the development of the products for the accomplishing lighting of the open public spaces. The particularities of the model are best described by the predetermined criteria which contribute to the optimisation of the design process through the quantitative analysis of the project risks, according to the predetermined project goals sets. The influence of the risks on the project goals are shown by mathematical formulas in which the criteria of the design team are taken into account, leading to the efficiency improvement and enhancement in the implementation phases of the project.

Through parallel analysis of results obtained by measuring in real life conditions and projected values, an insight is provided into the lighting quality transformation under the influence of the environment in the lighting system life cycle. The focal point of the analysis is on the assessment of the lighting system aging and on establishing consequences for ambiance values in terms of the pre-set built space structure. Research is conducted in an open space public area of the Belgrade coastline, within the open-formed residential blocks of Dorcol.

AB - Analiza rizika predstavlja kompleksnu fazu u procesu upravljanja projektnim rizicima.
AB - Risk analysis represents a complex phase of risk project management process. Quantitative analysis of project risk implies creating a model for the whole project or its key elements, taking into account the probability of occurrence and the effects of risks on project objectives. The goal is to determine the overall level of risk exposure in order to develop appropriate response strategy and successful risk management. This paper shall present some of the most important models for quantitative risk analysis, as well as the principles on which are presented models based on.

abstract = "Analiza rizika predstavlja kompleksnu fazu u procesu upravljanja projektnim rizicima. Quantitative analysis of project risk implies creating a model for the whole project or its key elements, taking into account the probability of occurrence and the effects of risks on project objectives. The goal is to determine the overall level of risk exposure in order to develop appropriate response strategy and successful risk management. This paper shall present some of the most important models for quantitative risk analysis, as well as the principles on which are presented models based on.",

AB - This paper will present the basics of the organisation of work, through consideration of the synthesis system for the construction of industrial facilities, consisting of the development of special steel structures. The term development of construction implies the production and assembly, which must be seen as a connected whole. Based on the research, data from the literature and experience in the construction of these facilities, a general model for project management of construction of industrial facilities can be proposed. The project management model involves the construction of such sub-systems that provide high efficiency with a satisfactory financial results. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to analyze all factors that influence the efficiency of the system.

AB - Project risks analysis model RAKA (Risk. Analysis by Key-factors Assessment) was created primarily for the purposes of industrial product development in small enterprises which operate in an environment of economic and political transition and is based on the assessment of particular weighting factors. Once estimated, these can be applied to future projects of the same type, given the same operating conditions. Thus, the formalized assessment of risk analyses becomes rather simplified, and, in addition, the model makes possible calculating the overall risk factor for each of the targeted project objectives. The public lighting project was used as an example to illustrate the procedure introduced in this paper.
