Концепт распршеног хотела и могућности примене у српском урбанизму / The concept of Albergo Diffuso and possibilities to implement it in Serbian urbanism

Abstract

Концепт распршеног хотела је иновативни концепт у угоститељству који циља да оживи села и мале градове са богатим наслеђем и очуваним историјским амбијентом. У суштини концепта је хотел који није једна грађевина или блок, већ се он остварује кроз склоп историјских грађевина широм насеља. На тај начин распршени хотел утиче на целокупно насеље и у функционалном и у физичком смислу. Управо стога је овај концепт од значаја за урбанистичку струку. У овом раду ће се представити концепт распршеног хотела кроз његову поставку и пилот-пројекат спроведен као завршни рад на Архитектонском факултету у Београду, у оквиру Еразмус+ пројекта „Креативни Дунав“. Подручје за пројекат распршеног хотела било је старо језгро Голупца у српском делу предела изузетних одлика Ђердап. Циљ овог рада је да приближи концепт локалним урбанистичким стручњацима кроз приказ пројекта и да тако отвори питање његове примене у урбанистичким плановима и пројектима.

The concept of an Albergo Diffuso or dispersed hotel is an innovative concept in tourism, which aims to revive villages and towns with rich heritage and preserved historic ambient. The essence of this concept is the hotel that is not a single building or block, but rather the system of historic buildings within a settlement; therefore, this, dispersed hotel influences the whole settlement in both functional and physical ways. In line with this, the concept is significant for urban profession. This paper presents the concept of Albergo Diffuso through its fundamentals and a pilot-project implemented as a final work at the Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade, within the Erasmus+ Project “Creative Danube”. A polygon for this project of a dispersed hotel was the historic core of Golubac Town in the Serbian part of the cultural landscape of the Iron Gates Region. The aim of this paper is to bring the concept closer to local professionals in urbanism through the presentation of the project and to thereby open the debate on how to implement it in urban plans and projects.
