Stambeni objekat T37 [BAB 2017]

Abstract

Objekat se nalazi na lokaciji koja doživljava period transformacije – od naselja rezidencijalnog karaktera u područje sa pretežno višeporodičnim objektima. Proces koji je u toku, uslovljava neminovnu promenu strukture prostora što se odražava i na kvalitet života korisnika. Kontinualno izgrađena struktura uličnog fronta, striktne planske granice, kao i kriterijumi investicije koja se oslanja na ekonomsku isplativost uloženog, su parametri koji su uslovili arhitektonski izraz. Maksimalnim otvaranjem uličnog i dvorišnog fronta naglašava se upotreba prirodnog osvetljenja što doprinosi povećanju kvaliteta života i unapređenju ambijentalnih vrednosti stambenih prostora.

The building is located on the site which is currently under transformation – from the low-density family housing to the prevailing high-rise residential area. This ongoing process brings about the inevitable change in the space structure, which affects the user’s quality of life. Among the parameters that influence the architectural approach are the continuously built street front, the strict property boundaries, as well as the investment criteria which are oriented toward economic benefits. The sunlight exploitation is achieved by maximizing the openings on the street and back garden facade, which adds to the quality of life and contributes to the improvements in the ambiance values of the residential spaces.
