DG Apartment – Reconstrution, adaptation and interior design project [STRAND 2021]

Abstract

The main idea of the project was to achieve spatial and character transformation of the city centre rooftop, in the dense context of Belgrade core, which is based on the effects of greater openness, maximum freedom of movement and fluidity of intangible effects of space. The aesthetics celebrates minimalism and urbanity, as a simultaneous quality characteristics of the user / client and the context. The abientality of the newly projected space is based on the fluid, ephemeral effects of multiple connected spatial zones, where phenomenological qualities are achieved by dynamics of lighting and dynamics of use.
