Инструментализација феномена флуидности у архитектури XXI века

Abstract

Предмет истраживања ове дисертације је феномен флуидности у архитектури, који до сада није дефинисан у области архитектуре и урбанизма. Проблем истраживања се односи на разумевање и поставку феномена флуидности у области архитектуре и урбанизма и начина на које се инструментализује у архитектури XXI века. Проблем истраживања испитује се кроз: интердисциплинарни оквир феномена флуидности, архитектонски контекст у ком се феномен манифестује, хронолошки развој феномена флуидности у архитектури и принципе у архитектури на којима се заснива. У складу са тим, постављени предмет истраживања се испитује кроз три дела: 1. Историјски развој архитектуре која манифестује аспекте феномена флуидности од XVII до XX века; 2. Дефинисање феномена флуидности у архитектури на крају XX века и 3. Инструментализацију феномена флуидности у архитектури XXI века. Општи циљ овог истраживања је дефинисање феномена флуидности у области архитектуре и урбанизма, кроз поставку интердисциплинарног оквира разумевања феномена и хронологију његовог развоја у односу архитектонског контекста и архитектуре. Основни циљ дисертације је истраживање инструментализације феномена флуидности у архитектури, кроз развој архитектуре која га манифестује и препознавање принципа на којима се заснива. Оперативни циљ истраживања обухвата примену принципа инструментализације феномена флуидности у архитектонском пројектовању XXI века. Истраживање у овој дисертацији заснива се на две полазне хипотезе, општој и посебној. Општа хипотеза истраживања је: Феномен флуидности се манифестује губитком сингуларности објекта архитектуре кроз асимилацију са контекстом. Посебна хипотеза истраживања је: Ток је основни принцип инструментализације феномена флуидности у архитектонском пројектовању. Научне методе истраживања у овом раду постављене су у складу са комплексношћу теме, предмета и проблема истраживања и одговарају интердисциплинарној природи истраживања које резлутира поставком феномена флуидности у архитектури кроз теоријско-методолошки приступ повезивања теоријских анализа са инструментализацијом и оперативним, методолошким алатима у архитектонском пројектовању. Очекивани резултати дисертације обухватају: теоретски допринос кроз формирање теоретске платформе за разумевање и поставку феномена флуидности у области архитектуре и урбанизма, поставку хронологије развоја феномена флуидности у архитектури, практичну примену теоретских поставки у архитектонском пројектовању кроз принципе на којима се инструментализација феномена флуидности заснива, систематизацију нових оперативних знања и методолошких инструмента у архитектонском пројектовању XXI века.

The research topic of this dissertation is the phenomenon of fluidity in architecture, which until now remained non-defined within the field of architecture and urbanism. The research question concerns the understanding and positioning of the phenomenon of fluidity within the field of architecture and urbanism and the way it is instrumentalised in the XXI century architecture. The research problem is explored through: the interdisciplinary framework of the phenomenon of fluidity, the architectural context of the phenomenon’s manifestation, the chronological development of the phenomenon of fluidity in architecture, and the principles of architecture it is based on. In line with this, the stated research subject is explored within three parts: 1) The historical development of the architecture manifesting the aspects of the phenomenon of fluidity spanning the XVII through XX centuries; 2) Defining of the phenomenon of fluidity in architecture by the end of the XX century; 3) The instrumentalisation of the phenomenon of fluidity in the XXI century architecture. The general aim of this research is the defining of the phenomenon of fluidity within the field of architecture and urbanism by establishing the interdisciplinary framework for interpreting the phenomenon and the chronology of its development within the relationship between architecture and architectural context. The primary aim of this dissertation is to explore the instrumentalisation of the phenomenon of fluidity in architecture by examining the evolution of the architecture manifesting it and recognising the principles it is based on. The operational aim of the research deals with the implementation of the phenomenon of fluidity’s instrumentalisation principles in the XXI century architectural design. The research in this dissertation is based on two initial hypotheses, a general and a specific one. The general hypothesis of the research is: The phenomenon of fluidity is manifested by the loss of singularity of the architectural object as a result of assimilation with the context. The specific hypothesis of the research is: Flow is the basic principle of the phenomenon of fluidity’s instrumentalisation in architectural design. The scientific methods employed in this research are established in accordance with the complexity of the topic, subject and research problem, and are in line with the interdisciplinary nature of the research, resulting in positioning the phenomenon of fluidity within architecture by using theoretical and methodological approach to link theoretical analysis with the instrumentalisation and operational, methodological tools in architectural design. The expected results of the dissertation comprise: the theoretical contribution by forming a theoretical foundation for understanding and positioning the phenomenon of fluidity within the field of architecture and urbanism, the positioning of the chronology of the phenomenon of fluidity’s evolution in architecture, the practical implementation of theoretical premises in architectural design through the principles that the instrumentalisation of the phenomenon of fluidity is based on, the systematisation of the new operational knowledge and methodological instruments in the XXI century architectural design.
