Fasiliti menadžment – javni sanitarni objekti u Beogradu

Abstract

The presented paper is focused on public toilets as a specific building type, wich is inevitable part of the urban matrix of each city. The observed public toilets in Belgrade downtown were analyzed from the perspective of architectural design, materialization, equipment and maintenance. Results the analysis confirm the assumption that design solutions, materialization, equipment and maintenance processes are interrelated and influence each other during the building life cycle in terms of funcionality and value of the building space.
