Abstract
The Energy refurbishment of national government building represent necessity prescribed by the European regulation, showing government willingness for implementation of energy efficiency principles as a final goal. Having in mind obligatory legislation harmonization process, Republic of Serbia initiate energy refurbishment of its own building fund. This paper deals with energy performance of The Palace of Serbia bulding, along with possibilities for its thermal envelope improvement within three-level intervention model.
