Abstract

Национална типологија стамбених зграда Србије грађених од 2013, представља рад на истраживању основних архитектонских карактеристика ових зграда, утврђивању постојећег нивоа њихове енергетске ефикасности, као и сагледавању могућности унапређења са аспекта побољшања енергетских перформанси. У методолошком смислу, ова књига се ослања на претходне резултате истраживања и класификације грађевинског фонда, које је у периоду 2011–2013 спровела група аутора са Архитектонског факултета Универзитета у Београду, а који су објављени 2013. године у виду сета од три монографије - Стамбене зграде Србије. Посебан значај истраживања лежи у чињеници да је усмерено на период изградње који карактерише почетак примене нових прописа из области енергетске ефикасности. Као и претходна истраживања, и ово је спроведено и публиковано уз подршку пројекта Енергетска ефикасност у зградарству, немачке организације за техничку сарадњу.

National typology of residential buildings in Serbia constructed since 2013 represents investigation of their basic architectural characteristics, determination of existing levels of energy efficiency, and considerations of possibilities for increasing their energy performance through refurbishment. Methodologically, this publication relies on the results of a previous research and classification of Serbian family and multifamily residential building stock conducted by a group of authors from the Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade in the period 2011-2013, which were published in 2013 in the form of a set of three monographs entitled Residential Buildings in Serbia. Special importance of this research lies in the fact that it is focused on the period of construction characterized by the start of implementation of new regulations from the field of energy efficiency in buildings. As well as previous researches, this one was also conducted and published with the support of the project Energy Efficiency in Buildings implemented by German Corporation for International Cooperation Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit – (GIZ).
