Formation of folded constructions by using contemporary wooden trusses
Oblikovanje naborastih konstrukcija primenom savremenih drvenih rešetkastih nosača
Apstrakt
Folded structures represent three-dimensional constructions, i.e. spatial structures and as such belong to the field of structural systems. For very long time this type of construction has been realized in practice only in reinforced concrete and executed on site, which resulted in the use of a very complicated shutter. Development of prefabricated building led to the improvement of this type of constructions so that folded structures could be derived by assembly of prefabricated elements and their relationship, monolithization, on site. For decades, this type of construction was carried out solely in reinforced concrete and only in the second half of the twentieth century emerged the realization of folded structures using other materials: steel, wood, glass, polyester resin and a combination of different materials. This paper the analyzes the existing folded structures made of wood as well as their systematization in terms of applied materials and shapes of cross-section of a folded s...tructure, form of the basis and the method of execution. All the factors that affect the acceptance and transfer of load and static stability of spatial structures have also been analyzed. The focus of this paper is to research the possibilities and ways of forming folded constructions by using wooden trusses. A prototype of cylindrical folded constructions, realized in this system, is shown. The area of application of wooden trusses as elements of the folded structure represents the area that has not been sufficiently explored in the world and our country, in the field of theory and practice. This work and its actual results represent the expansion of knowledge of the area of folded constructions materialized in wood and contribute to modern engineering structures.
Naboraste konstrukcije predstavljaju trodimenzionalne konstrukcije odnosno prostorne strukture i kao takve pripadaju oblasti konstruktivnih sistema. Ovaj tip konstrukcija se veoma dugo realizovao u praksi isključivo u armiranom betonu izvođenjem na licu mesta, što je uslovljavalo primenu veoma komplikovane oplate. Razvojem prefabrikovane gradnje došlo je do unapređenja ovog tipa konstrukcija tako da su naboraste konstrukcije mogle biti izvedene montažom prefabrikovanih elemenata i njihovom vezom, monolitizacijom, na licu mesta. Decenijama je ovaj tip konstrukcija bio realizovan isključivo u armiranom betonu i tek u drugoj polovini XX veka dolazi do realizacija naborastih konstrukcija primenom drugih materijala: čelika, drveta, stakla, poliesterskih smola i kombinacijom više materijala. U ovom rada izvršena je analiza postojećih naborastih konstrukcija izvedenih u drvetu kao i njihova sistematizacija u pogledu primenjenog materijala, oblika poprečnog preseka naboraste konstrukcije, obli...ka osnove i načina izvođenja. Analizirani su svi faktori koji utiču na prijem i prenošenje opterećenja kao i statičku stabilnost prostorne konstrukcije. Težište ovog rada predstavlja istraživanje mogućnosti i načina formiranja naborastih konstrukcija primenom drvenih rešetkastih nosača. Prikazan je i prototip cilindrične naboraste konstrukcije realizovane u ovom sistemu. Oblast primene drvenih rešetkastih nosača kao elemenata naboraste konstrukcije predstavlja oblast koja do sada nije dovoljno istražena u svetu i kod nas i to u domenu teorije, kao i prakse. Ovaj rad i njegovi konkretni rezultati predstavljaju proširenje saznanja o oblasti naborastih konstrukcija materijalizovanih u drvetu i daju doprinos savremenim inženjerskim konstrukcijama.
